Soon After starting my weight loss program, I had to take a break cos of some unexpected reasons.

Now that everything is settled I'm back to my weight loss program.

Took membership in a good gym, with the best personal trainer.

from today for the next seven days I'm going to be on Detoxification diet, Which includes only fruits and vegetables( boiled and raw).

Drinking gallons of look warm water ;-), I wish it does the magic to keep my BMR high.
