Well, I have been slow going the last couple weeks and even though I have still been eating right, I haven't been exercising. I have hovered around the same weight for a couple weeks now. Barely up and barely down. Not enough to get my ass in here to weigh in.
I hit an UNofficial weight of 169.5 this morning (unofficial because I usually weigh myself in the evening. Lowest I have seen and if that holds true, I'll be roughly 1.5 lbs away from goal.
