I have been so stressed lately. I've eaten ice cream, ice cream, ice cream. I now know that stress actully does cause me to eat more than normal. Today, I've done better. I've tried to be conscience of what I've put in my mouth. I only had veggies for lunch, and I'll probably eat a lean cuisine for dinner. I'm not as stressed today as I was yesterday, and I feel more in control than yesterday. This is the second week that I haven't been to exercise class, which is probably why I'm feeling so stressed. Next week, back to exercise. Next week, back to exercise. NEXT WEEK, BACK TO EXERCISE!!!
