I haven't been keeping up with my journal this week. And, I haven't been doing the intense exercise I did last week either. But, I have been exercising during lunch. Monday I made these muffins which only have two ingredients carrot or spice cake mix and 1 can of libby's 15 oz, pumpkin pie filling. I was so excited, because the recipe said they were only worth two points and they are so delicious and big. Lolololololololol, oops my bad. I looked back at the instructions for the recipe. I was supposed to make twenty four servings, instead of twelve servings. So, now I have these 4 Point Muffins that are ssssoooo good. I don't even know how to put them on my Food Diary. Anyway, it's Friday. I have finally noticed my weight loss in my clothing. I am off to the gym after work to make up for lost time. :-)
