Man oh man, yesterday, I was just dying for some reason, but I pushed myself and made it through pure cardio! We opted to not do cardio Abs, since one of us was feeling under the weather, and opted for a few crunch variations instead. Considering how hard we pushed ourselves during pure cardio, I feel like that was a good compromise :)

Today, I feel mostly good :) I haven't really lost any weight since my last weigh in 6 days ago (I was at 201.2 this morning), but that's fine with me! I'm just going to keep doing my best and know that my body is getting better even if the numbers on the scale don't move!

I'm a bit tired today, but that's probably because it's raining outside. I'm also going to try to do more detoxing since I think that the fat I'm burning is releasing toxins and making me feel sluggish. I'll drink lots of water, have some detox tea a couple of times a day, sweat a lot during working out, and hopefully that will be enough to get me out of my rut!
