More shelter-in pandemic food. I was gifted 5 pounds of organic chard & mushrooms- restaurants that don’t do takeout are giving all their perishables away. ☹️ I guess a lot of people don’t cook chard & wouldn’t take it. We loooove it! So delicious.

Sad about the restaurants. Glad you like. It is not my favourite either... not sure why

Nice dish. I used to be a restaurant owner and many run on the edge. Chard is also not a fav. When life turns around support your local owned restaurants so maybe they will have a chance to survuve.
