Try using SWERVE instead of just no sugar. Sugar substitute that will not raise your blood sugar and it is awesome for baking.

What is the caloric count per slice please, if you know. I made banana oatmeal muffins, no sugar and added blueberries. Have no idea of the caloric count😱. Thank you for any advise

Cherie, i do not know. I'm sorry. I used six over ripe bananas from freezer, 1.5 cups old fashioned oats, 1.5 cup flour, baking powder, vanilla, cinnamon and nutmeg if that helps. Next time I'm going to add blueberries I think.
