Why are you drinking protein shakes for breakfast during the week? Those really should be used as a snack and never a meal replacement. Instead, try cooking up a few things to take with you instead. A quick nuke in the microwave is great for a MIM, precooked bacon, crustless quiches and other wonderful things. You can also do hard boiled eggs, string cheese (if you aren't sensitive to cheese). You should really be eating "Real Food" as opposed to replacements.
