Good Morning all.

Thank God it's Friday! looking forward to the weekend, not that I am doing anything special but at least I can take my time with breakfast and don't have to drink a protein shake again until Monday.

Why are you drinking protein shakes for breakfast during the week? Those really should be used as a snack and never a meal replacement. Instead, try cooking up a few things to take with you instead. A quick nuke in the microwave is great for a MIM, precooked bacon, crustless quiches and other wonderful things. You can also do hard boiled eggs, string cheese (if you aren't sensitive to cheese). You should really be eating "Real Food" as opposed to replacements.

I see lots of people that do protein drinks. That is too much like a diet for me. That is why I love this WOE. Don't have to drink that stuff :)

I know I should be eating real food for breaky but I just can't stomach it first thing in the morning so I just take my shake to work. I suppose I could make some stuff the night before to take to work with me. I will work on this. Thanks for giving me a kick in the butt girls :) I need it some times..lol

I think you should do what works for you. No two people are the same most of the time I do alot better if I don't eat the first thing when I get up. It makes me queasy. But I can't go without my 2 cups of coffee. That would just be wrong.
