To all, especially those who feel unsettled, uncertain, isolated, a little down - here is a feel good way to get moving right in your own home: queue up some of your favorite happy tunes, maybe from a decade ago, and dance for 20-30 minutes in your kitchen! Do it alone, or with your partner, your kids, even the cat or dog (my cat loves to chase a dangling toy I hold in my hands while I dance - so we both get a workout). Do it every day! This never fails to boost my spirota!
