So labor day passed. And I must admit the only good thing about yesterday is that I resisted soda which was all nice and cold looking while the water was sitting out on the counter because no one wanted it. But I grabbed a water and said 'Hurry before you change your mind!' And after that...well I'm not even going to talk about it anymore. I just have to look ahead! I can do this!

It looks like you have the right attitude to do this however, I looked at your diet calender and am concerned that you are not eating enough. Did you just not record everything or did you really only have about 300 calories 3 times last week? Please be careful and keep it up to at least 1000k per day or you will make yourself sick or give up because your pushing it too hard. Be safe!
