Well here I am back up on the scale again. When will I learn that I HAVE to track what I eat and get in some form of exercise every day? Geez, it is not rocket science, just common sense, but oh so hard to put into practice!!
My husband's birthday is next weekend, so I'm going to see how much I can lose in the next 10 days...wish me luck!
