Yesterday I did something fun with my daughters, we went to the park and played some basketball. Even though I'm not up to speed and was out of breath, playing against some future WNBA players. (30-40minutes). {09/02/08}This morning I spent 20min on DDR with my daughters. I was so bloated yesterday i felt and look pregnant. It's undecided if it was the almonds or crabs I ate yesterday so vowed to keep off those for a while. Otherwise, writing everything down has help me know my eating habits more better and what to look for in regards what can make you low/depress.

This morning I walk to the next bus stop going to try and increase my walking each morning til I make to the metro station, beat the bus that's for sure. Plus it was uphill, so I was a little winded but that's because I had my backpack on also. Keeping my walking to a hour each night. This is my release time for me to enjoy the evening around the point anyhow.


1:30PM

Well, I finish lunch break and even was able to do at least of 15min stair walking. Wasn't really hungry even with the lunch I brought to work. Think I still stuffering sideaffects from yesterday. I have so far drink 32oz. of water, thats a good thing I know. Doing some exercises at my desk will be benficial I think just have to look those up and see what's good.

6:00pm

End of the day at work, Since it was such nice day and I knew I was catching the subway home instead of the bus I walk 4blocks to the next bus stops. I wore my step counter today and did a total of 1519 steps today, going for 2000 tomorrow.

7:30pm

Home at last, dinner was simple and fast. Watch my favorite show, WIPEOUT and then take my shower.

Yeah it was but i was paying last night thats for sure but hey I had lots of bubbles in my tub to help with the pain.

You sure got in the activity! GREAT JOB! I bet those bubbles were awesome, too ;o) I really have to write everything down for sure just to keep me in 'check' on my points/food. You're doing well, keep it up, buddy!!
