Alright! I have been re-motivated! I lost 1 lb this week, although it was probably just natural weight fluctuation, but still! I'm going to start back on my regimen today, and I am determined to stick to it this time! I'm going to be writing a journal entry every day from now on, just to keep perspective. I weigh in one week from today. Goal: 2 lbs. lost. Peace out!
