Dear FS Journal: Well today is a new day and I've decided to continue on my path to eating better and treating my body right. It seems to be so difficult to keep up with, even though I know that it is the best thing for my body especially at my age. Yesterday I began by eliminating sugar and starting off with a balanced breakfast of Oatmeal and a small bread roll. Today I kind of started off bad but that is not going to disappoint me. I will have a good day and good week regardless of any slip ups. I plan to work out for at least 45 mins today. Rather than sitting on the computer for more than 7+ hours. I will substitute those moments for squats, crunches and sit ups.

Good for you -- the slip-ups are only short events, not long-term patterns. You can do this!
