End of wk 7 = 163.0 lbs.
BF= 39.3%
Kathy says I have to get my bowel function back on track right now so I'm probably not going to lose weight until then. Switched to eating less meat/fat and more vegs/bread per her direction.
163.0 lb Lost so far: 43.8 lb.    Still to go: 28.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
