Yesterday I had good intentions, took Jenny to work, but the electricity went out - the microwaves weren't available... So I got a chicken salad at Chipolte - at least I know exactly how many calories were in there (thank you FatSecret)
Today I was good though
The pounds are coming off hecka slow but my cholesterol is down from 255 to 177
Although my good cholesterol also went down - from 62 to 47
No more self sabotaging...
