I am officially starting (I don't want to call it a diet but more of taking better care of myself) tomorrow. I am really alarmed by how many calories I took in today. I had success using this site in the past. Just had another bad experience with WW & became totally bored with Curves. I cannot bring myself to do South beach again although I had results with it.
I am hoping to make better food choices & be more active every day & hopefully see results. Going forward I am going to keep my calorie range between 1200 & 1500.
I can do this!!

Go for it, I get really motivated to go out for a long bike ride when I know I can go home and write it in the Excercise diary afterwards.
