Well so far I have been doing okay on my diet. I think lifting weights helps me a lot. Right now I am going to have some family time with the kids and some friends might come over tonight. I think its time for me to look for another house. I have issues with the breaker box and the land lord hates to fix it!! UGh anyway I better go..

WEEKEND WAS GREAT , My two sons had a soccer game on Saturday , Boot camp is going great week -05 . Killer workout this morning but feeling great ........have a great week ...
