It seems like everytime I diet, people try to ruin it for me.
Like by cooking these huge meals, filled with crap I can't eat.
Making comments about how I'm 'ment' to be this size.

Do NOT tell me I'm ment to be over 200lbs. Please.

I super frustrated at the moment.

You are NOT meant to be over 200 pounds. Tell that person to SHOVE IT!!! LOL. You can do it. People say the strangest things. My parents taught me "if you can't say anything nice, don't say anything" but people don't do that. I dyed my hair last week and a coworker actually said to me "Oh, you dyed your hair. I liked it better the other way" WTF?? People! Sheesh. People are going to say obnoxious things to you no matter what your weight or size. Now I get the "You're too skinny" crowd. Oh well. You gotta do this for YOU and nobody else. You can do it!

yeah I can not imagine what makes people think that is ok to tell friends and loved ones that they are meant to be unhealthy. Sure they dont say it that way.. but that is what they are saying. I have had family do the same thing to me.. telling me I dont need to lose more weight.. and I am like wth.. I am 5'5" and I weigh over 200 lbs are you nuts? I have to wonder what are they thinking.. are they happier having me the fattest person in the room.. I have a hard time not flipping out when someone says I should stay the weight I am.. the only thing I can come up with is that me being over weight must make them feel better about themselves, because I am still clearly at an unhealthy weight.. and that is not good for me at all.. so sorry sister if me getting thinner makes you feel bad about yourself.. that is just too bad. PS I often have to bring my own food to family gatherings.. I used to feel bad when people would say stuff.. but now I dont. I dont want crappy fried chicken or yucky chineses food. If I am gonna splurge it is gonna be on what I want. I dont expect others to cook for just me.. but by the same token they cant expect me to eat food that is so far off plan.
