On Saturday I weighed in @ 163, but didn't think to record it here. Instead, I am weighing in after 3 straight days of sorting/clearing/transforming our basement to house a family of 4 visiting us this weekend, and last night's dinner @ the new local Sonic. I still burned about 1,000 more calories than I ate! :)
