Made it thru 1 week Yeah!!! I'll weigh in tomorrow to keep it consistant. I feel great I can't believe I didn't cheat, didn't feel hungry or have any bad cravings. Except for chocolate so I had chocolate milk using choc. protein powder and lowfat milk and it worked!! I am very proud of myself so I know I'll keep on going... I even played outside with the kids all weekend because I felt so good..they loved that!
