Anyone aiming for similar goals?...My 1st week on the site, I hope to lose 10lbs. in ~6 weeks, and tone up/establish a regular exercise routine. I have been doing good so far, and feeling hopeful. I'm doing the 40's lose 10-25, so hopefully will network with some folks there.
I've been trying to not eat dairy, and remembered eggs are non-dairy (yea for protein!). Also trying to avoid wheat & exercise 30 min/day - both going well. Wine had become a nightly routine for me - 2-3 glasses an evening to wind down before bed...trying to limit that to 3xweek, and 1 glass/drink. It's going pretty well, once again - progress.

Wine's a week spot for me, too. It doesn't weigh me down like beer, so I feel like I can drink more when I really shouldn't. I'm glad to hear that your weight loss routine is going well. I haven't set up any concrete goals yet, but I did sign up for the Fall Into Fitness challenge.
