Saturday 8-30-08
Doing low carb. Making my low carb goulash so I can survive the weekend. I use the Dreamfields pasta. Very low carb and taste great. Brown some hamburger(I use very lean)with diced onion, and diced green pepper. After meat is browned I add about 2 tablespoons minced garlic and finally a can of tomatoe sauce. My son loves it. It is very filling and low carb.
