Well im back at it again... started Mar 2, 2020 with Speed Keto.... I've lost 12lbs, mostly water weight but I'll take it. Hope to be down around 275-280 by the end of the month. Then around 250 by June and around 225 by Sept and possibly in onederland by the end of the year , but no rush...it will happen. I'm going to finish off this first round of Speed Keto , then do Lazy Keto and try a second round of Speed Keto in May or June.

what foods separate speed keto vs lazy keto?

Speed is basically just regular keto with lots of fasting. Stay away from dairy and processed foods.

Sorry you have to come back repeatedly but glad for you that you are trying. Since your WOE doesn’t appear to be working as a long term lifestyle change, are you open to other choices in order to achieve long term success. yo-Yo dieting is incredibly detrimental to your overall health and significantly impacts your body’s ability to loose weight.
