Memorial Day weekend went fine. Only a few small things off program. Monday I had 1 thin Pepperidge farm bread thingie, a sliver of a brownie and a latte from Dunkin donuts. The rest was ok. Had macaroni and cheese made from cauliflower. Also made "potato" salad using cauliflower. Had nausea off and on all day yesterday.
179.4 lb Lost so far: 0 lb.    Still to go: 32.4 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
