As long as I stay @ 20 carbs or less, is it okay for me to have like: low carb tortillas, low carb bread???in small amounts of course..like 1 a day? I WANTED TO TELL EVERYONE A TRICK FOR A NO CARB CRUST FOR MEATS...YOU CAN DIP YOUR MEAT-ANY KIND- IN EGG & THEN ROLL IT INTO CRUSCHED UP PORK RINDS! AWESOME!!!!!!!!! I LOVE THE SPICY PORKRINDS.....
