After a week of vacationing in the Outer Banks, only put on 1.6 lbs. I consider that a victory, considering the amount food that was eaten and liquor / beer drank. Went for 2.6 mile wlaks four times, swam in ocean and stayed away from high calorie snacks between meals.
271.6 lb Lost so far: 12.4 lb.    Still to go: 76.6 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
