Tomorrow I get back home after a 5 day trip. I suspect I will have gained 5-8 pounds. I hope not more, but, who knows...
What I DO KNOW is that I *suck* at Keto. Whenever I try to eat 'low carb' I get this *insatiable desire for carbs*. Yes, I could try to fight it, but, that makes me miserable.
However, I have years of data that points out clearly, I cannot lose weight and consume 100+ carbs a day. Also, I gain weight when consuming 200+ carbs a day. Other people are different, but, this is my truth.
So, when I get back home, it is back to the 'no solid food fasting'. This allows me to get through the day without the *insatiable desire for carbs* because I don't take in the solid food that 'triggers' the *insatiable desire for carbs*.
