Hey all! So, the reason I didn't record anything yesterday was because I went to an amusement park to meet up with some friends, and I ate really poorly. I'm pretty exhausted, but I'm going to focus today on rehydration, getting back to eating right, and doing the Insanity Plyo workout (since I was supposed to do it yesterday and I didn't). Overall, though, I'm surprised at how much more tired and awful I feel after one day of not eating and drinking right, and it only makes me want to work harder to get back on track! Also, I'm going to weigh in today just under where I was last week, but my official weigh in will be tomorrow morning after I've had the chance to get my life back together, lol!
