The diet officially begins today! I have stocked the fridge with healthy only options and bought a scale and a bicycle. I am ready!
The Plan: I plan to keep a daily log of all my food intake, daily exercise, and weekly weigh-ins. Through moderate weight-loss I plan to become healthier and eventually skinnier.
The Goal. I weigh 245 today and my long term weight goal is 150. This is a lifestyle change so I will be "dieting" for the rest of my life.
