Joined 2 challenges today. Starts tomorrow. 100 miles in 8 weeks or 56 days - I walk 2-3 miles easy pace walk - that would fit. 15 lbs by Thanksgiving 9 weeks away - my goal 2.2 lbs per week steady - that would fit too. So the challenges are easy and fair but I shall take seriously and I shall begin with a weigh in tomoorow 9-13-2010.
