hmmmm..... pigged out at the work bbq last night and only gained 2oz? Yet when I stick to my diet really good I lose nothing. Whats up with that?

Losing weight isn't an exact science and is a cumulative thing. Things you do this week, may not show up for till next week. Eating a higher caloric meal can get your metabolism going. Our bodies are strange. Just keep to your plan and keep going. You are doing great.
