I try to keep my carbs below 25 every day even though the diet I am on allows for twice that number. It is soooooooooooo hard to stay that low, everything I eat seems to be full of carbs.

Do you mean net carbs. If youwant some tips I have been doing it for awhile. My number one advice is to plan around the protein food.
