Did a very challenging yoga practice for me, lots of inverted poses. Which are tough...I know I am burning more calories than listed, but I am trying to loose weight here...so an error in that department won't kill me.

Met most of my goals for fat, fiber, protien and carbs today. Carbs are still a bit high...need to work on the alternatives...and watch closer.

Over all did good and did not cave into the "whatever" depression that I had going on last night...I CAN DO THIS...
