So, apparently that whole 'cardio recovery' workout has an interesting relationship between activity level and soreness generated. When I did it a few weeks ago when I wasn't actively working out, IT KILLED ME. SO SORE! But this time, after doing Insanity for a few days, I feel great! I'm even less sore than I was before! Now granted, I'm still sore, but I feel pretty good and ready to take on Pure Cardio *gulp*... maybe.

Today, I'm going to focus on getting my calories and simply pushing myself as far as I will go. I've had poor luck getting calories in so far, so I'm going to have a slightly larger than normal first lunch to boost my calories a bit. I think reducing calories yesterday was a good idea, because I wasn't really working out as hard as I normally have been. But I definitely need to make sure I get my fully calories in today :)
