Several of my Oregon neighbors have been on the Bio Trust eating plan over the winter. They all say what a great plan it is and remark at how much healthier they feel. All are losing weight but mostly inches. One neighbor down 20# since Jan and 6 pant sizes! Only exercise is walking on the beach and yard work. I got bored on the IDP plan so am going to try this. Wish me luck!!
