10st 9lbs Fat machine 25.7% No WW. It's been a month since I weighed myself and unless I've been busy/away that's never a good sign! I have been both busy & away but have also been neglecting exercise and eating like it's gong out of fashion, so 6lb on hardly comes as a surprise. Time to get back into some better habits, I'll start Monday with my usual baby steps approach...
