During today's workout had a "happy" bonus of a little BPV (benign positional vertigo) when doing bench and inclines - had to go sloooooowwwww. My word - add that onto my knee issues(which is getting better, luckily, by removing cardio) and it's been a banner week. If anyone suffers from BPV (or vertigo, generally) you know it is not a fun experience. Mine occur, usually, during dry air winter season, I attribute to the ear mechanisms not being as flexible (the particles that regulate balance).
Anyway, today's very slow workout: BB Back squat BB Split squat BB close grip bench press DB Push ups/rows DB farmers walk Back extensions Incline situps Hip Ups Hanging leg raises into pullups Cable rows and face pulls Swiss ball jackknifes with pushups dips with knee raises db single leg romanian deadlift
Happy Friday everyone!

I have dealt with this all my life, was that kid that could never play on the swings. At times just turning from side to side in bed can be nauseating. But we learn the in's and out's of how to handle it and move thru.

I get it periodically. You do a lot more stuff than I do when having it. Excuses, excuses, excuses

It does stink to have it occur. Can be fritghtening. @rainy sorry to hear you’ve been dealing w all your life. I’ve recently had it show up. Maybe past 10 years or so. Have seen a balance doctor who does the movements to get crystals back in place. @hcb I will check out the link thanks! @liv I had to go very slowly and have to be sure not to make any quick up or down movements.

Checked out the video, HCB, and that is, along with other moves, what they do at the balance center for me. thanks!
