Christeen's Journal, 21 October 2007

Day 7 - I went for a 3 1/2 mile walk today with my husband and dog. After the walk we had a great lunch - we put some cooking spray in a pan, added a chopped red pepper and chopped red onion, when that was tender, added the left-over brown rice,a rinsed can of black beans and a fresh chopped mango, heated it up and seasoned it, and sprinkled some fresh cilantro on it - it was really delicious. For dessert I just cut a banana in half and sprinkled some cinnamon and vanilla on it and broiled it - it took care of my sweet tooth. I've been drinking my water and I have noticed I feel much more energetic than I have on any other diet. So far had a relaxing weekend. I've noticed my skin looks a lot better too - must be all that water!

Sounds yummy. Stay with it and you will see a difference. I too feel more energetic from the diet and not bloated, which is the best part, at all like I use to.
