Why do I let my cycle and children dictate my calories? If I'm being honest, it's me. Three boys take its toll from time to time. Having your eight year old tell you they hate you can just make that one more drink seem so much more appealing. Tonight I caved. But tomorrow, I won't. The healthier I get, and the further o get away from alcohol, the better I'll feel...the better mommy I'll be. Here's to tomorrow!
