I dropped a lot of weight. I was on my period before though so it could just be water weight, but since i havent really even been dieting i am glad that i have dropped a few plus i think i weighed myself fter eating or whatever.
263.5 lb Lost so far: 6.5 lb.    Still to go: 68.5 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
