So far so good this weekend. I ate what seemed like soooo much. But healthy and often, which is good, considering my temptation to just forgo a couple meals. It kept me from ever really " digging" into anything unhealthy.
Today I have rehearsal for my next professional competition, and I am a little nervous that I will buy some unhealthy food during our break (Quiznos is right next door). So, I packed a lunch. Go me with my well-planned self!! :)
Weight loss right now is negligable but going down!!! How is everyone else doing after their weekend?
