My sleep was great last night and it's been going pretty good since I changed my sleep practices. I also have lost some inches in the last month. Measuring myself monthly is always exciting bc I know that after 30 days, i've lost at least a little something. Ive also lost about another half a pound I think. Will see if I can get the other half off in the next few days. I really think consuming a good amount of protein is working for my body. My body feels much more recovered now in the mornings when I awake. 5 mile walk workout is going great. That's a really solid walk...5 miles lol. Leslie Sansone is so positive and upbeat I forget that im walking 5 whole miles at points. Anywho, I need to prepare myself for a little meditation bc I almost forgot to do it this morning. Feeling good and balanced. :D

Thought of you today when I bought a box of chicken breasts, LOL :-) I have been trying to increase protein and decrease fat a little ~ I like the idea of waking feeling recovered.

I am doing a batch of chicken today. Thinking of ya, too! I do better with more protein as well. If I get ambitious I may make two kinds for the freezer. One will be a new chicken recipe with almond flour.

SallyL, I have never heard of almond flour before. Sounds like it's healthy/organic. And yes, the protein is really helpful. Im glad you thought of me too! :D
