😱😱😱 better be muscle gains and water!!! Plus, I’m bloated and needed miralax yesterday...TMI. How disappointing 😩 This is why I want out of the 190’s!! I meant to post earlier but it’s a big day here. I totally recalculated my RDI for my new low. I did go over one day, but still have one heck of a weekly deficit and I eat healthy. So much for not going back😔
199.9 lb Lost so far: 65.5 lb.    Still to go: 0.2 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

It happens. You know our weight fluctuates up & down each day. I've been fluctuating a lb. or 2 for weeks now. You're putting in the work & the effort so it will go down again...and keep going down 😊

Actual muscle gain is VERY slow. Muscles may hang on the water some times. Weight fluctuates is right and maybe more for women than for men. It is how it is

Be gentle and patient with yourself. 💕🌈 You’re doing everything right. I had the same kind of weekend I’m trying to keep my calories under 1200 most days and on Saturday and Sunday I decided to go 1400 and 1600 and I would’ve had a 2 pound loss for the week but instead I had a 1.9 pound gain so The same weight I was last Monday. What makes me mad about it is , it’s not like I ate some chocolate cake or anything I just had an extra serving of healthy foods the only thing process that we ate was some turkey lunchmeat which we never usually do , that’s like a treat because we try not to eat anything processed. we had some chocolate hummus and crackers this weekend that wasn’t anything too crazy but bodies are funny. But today’s a new day and a new week for all of us. Just again be gentle and patient the weight didn’t come on overnight and it’s gonna take time for it to come off. And there’s always ups and downs on the journey but girl you got this you really got this you’re doing so awesome!! 🍀💋💋👍👍👍🎉🎉🎉🌈🌈💕💕😊

Thanks damablack my friend 💜💚💕🌈✨ yes, nothing you ate should have caused 1.9 lb gain. Our bodies are weird lol. I do have a measuring tape 🤗 I should definitely do that!! My waistline is definitely smaller. Thanks luv🤗😘💜💚🌈✨

I've been going crazy for months vasalating between 215 an 205. I want to break the 199 level. Do not know what to do. Help!! Any ideas I'm open to ideas. PS. next week is my Birthday. on the. 4th I'm going to be 75 going on 37

fancydaisy☺️ I have been there!! Sometimes we just plateau. Biggest thing was remembering water intake. I wasn’t drinking what I should like I used to, but at my new weight. Green tea is awesome. Are you good on fiber? I have been trying to increase that as well. I love the sassy 75 going on 37🤗💪💪🙌♥️💓 you got this!! Patience is not easy, try switching things up a little. Crystal Light Energy single packets will give you a ton of energy!! That’s been something I added the last 2 months. Plus a complex vitamin B. 💜💚
