I am trying not to do full on Keto. I don't have a Gallbladder and I was having horrible attacks last time I dieted. I am doing low carb. I guess I am not worrying about Macros. This morning I made low carb everything bagels. They come in at 6.2 total and 4.7 net. I thought they were decent. Tried to convince my husband, NOPE, he is not having it. Have a great Saturday everyone!!
