Chowd's Journal, 22 February 2020

It’s been a long time since I have had anything to do with excersise, weight loss, or anything healthy. Last time I kept track of anything was about 8 months ago. I’m not sure why. Might be just lazy. I balooned up to about 190 lbs, which is a gain of about 15lbs.
Now to start over. Gym, FS, keeping track of what and how much I eat. It’s like my alcohol problem. Once I start, I can’t stop. I’ve been sober for over 17 years, I would like to keep as diligent about my weight and overall health.
