Acabei fazendo só 18 horas de jejum ontem, tava me sentindo fraca, acho q por causa da gripe e sinusite (que já deu uma boa melhorada, 80%). Consegui comer minha comida normal 🙏🏻, depois ainda comi mamão, kiwi e damasco e à noite pururuca e um sorvertão 🙈
104.7 lb Lost so far: 7.7 lb.    Still to go: 5.5 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
