Off teh phentermine, bad eating habits and giving into things I know I shouldnt eat did me in...
Got back on track, now just gotta stay there so I can see better results next week.
278.0 lb Lost so far: 52.0 lb.    Still to go: 79.0 lb.    Diet followed poorly.
