I cannot believe how my weight fluctuates. Monday was a holiday and I ate out, but I wasn't that bad. The ups are tougher than the downs. It's my birthday this weekend. A couple outings which involve food. Plan ahead what I will eat. Hopefully this is temporary, but I usually find the downs takes longer.
