OK!! . . . . . . Play time is over . . . . . . Vacation [[North Conway New Hampshire]] was fun but I am back in the office, back to reality and it is time to get back to work!!
Heading back to Onederland and I will stay there.
Obviously the "eat what, when and how much I want" model is not working (I am only fooling myself)
::Plan:: 1. Going back to what got me back to Onederland 71 days back (( E X T E N D E D --F A S T )) 2. Will focus on sustainable ways of creating caloric deficits based on my energy needs. 3. Food is neither good or bad. It is either nutritious or it isn't - plain and simple. 4. 80 to 90% of what I should consume should either have swam in the sea, grew in the ground, ate something that grew in the ground or a non human that ate something that ate something. 10 to 20% of what I should consume should be man made. 5. Lift more weights (Doesn't necessarily mean in a gym or home. Finding ways in my life to lift heavy things more often and doing sets with it will work)
I got this. How do I know?
Well, this past weekend before my mini vacation, I ran 6 miles non stop on 2/15 [[I am physically and mentally more capable of what I think can do]]
The weekend before, I ran 3 times in 24 hrs: - Run 1, 2/1 3.13 Miles, 32:43 Min, 3:19 PM - Run 2, 2/2 4.26 Miles, 43.53 Min, 9:09 AM - Run 3, 2/2 4.26 Miles, 45:54 Min, 2:11 PM
2020 is already and awesome year and I will continue to push on .
